WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As SimCorp continues its transformation into a technology-enabled services business, we are evolving our delivery model to be horizontally aligned to client outcomes. To support this strategic shift, we are recruiting a Lead Principal, Strategy and Transformation to lead and drive the transformation program within our Operations function.

This role will be responsible for designing and executing large-scale transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance client outcomes, and align with SimCorp’s long-term business objectives. The Lead Principal will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Program Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation program focused on transitioning to a horizontal delivery model and delivering standardized solutions.
  • Design and implement transformation strategies across Operations and support teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, ensuring collaboration, resource optimization, and timely execution.
  • Track and report on progress, adjusting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Communicate transformation vision, progress, and impact to senior leadership and stakeholders across relevant channels.
  • Partner with People & Culture and functional leaders to design and implement change management programs that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor junior strategy and transformation professionals.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure transformation plans align with business goals and drive long-term success.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Sales, People & Culture) to ensure alignment across delivery and go-to-market efforts.
  • Contribute strategic input to broader organizational initiatives and operational readiness.
  • Lead or support internal demos, workshops, and feedback sessions with relevant stakeholders.

Strategic Impact Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic and transformational initiatives that improve operational performance and business growth.
  • Serve as a key advisor on organizational change, delivery models, and transformation best practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and transformation methodologies to continuously evolve SimCorp’s approach.
