Job summary

Acivico Group Ltd is seeking a Chartered Lead Principal Quantity Surveyor to lead our Cost Management team on major Midlands projects, shaping commercial strategy from inception to completion.

This senior role requires substantial experience in cost, commercial and contract management, with NEC/JCT knowledge, and a track record of developing high-performing teams within public and private sectors. Hybrid working is available, with offices at Brindley Place.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with chartered membership (RICS/CIOB or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts, cost planning and forecasting.
• Experience leading cost management teams on major projects for public/private clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile projects and influence commercial strategy.
• Mentor and develop members of the Commercial Team.
• Deliver excellence across quantity surveying services and client relationships.
