Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Principal Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Principal Psychological Therapist based in Salford. The post leads the psychology offer in the Salford NMHT and guides service development, supervision, and collaborative, team-based practice to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires a doctorate or accredited therapist with post-qualification training, plus leadership experience.

Formación

• Doctorate in clinical/counselling psychology or accredited psychological therapist.
• Post-qualification training in psychological therapies (e.g., CAT, CBT, EMDR).

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and line management for psychologists and psychological therapists.
• Lead development of the psychology service and integrated care within NMHT.
• Deliver expert psychological assessment, formulation, consultation and intervention.
