Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in the CMHTs in the North of the county is seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to lead and supervise psychological therapies staff, work across CMHTs, and contribute to service development.

Qualifications

• Clinical psychology doctorate or equivalent.

• Supervision and leadership experience is desirable.
• Management and HR processes familiarity is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and line manage psychological therapies staff in CMHTs.
• Carry out clinical work with adults with severe mental health difficulties.
• Develop innovative practice and lead service development initiatives.
• Contribute at a senior level to the vision for the service.
• Embed Community Psychology ideas and engage with local communities.
