Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with architecture and system design.
• Experience mentoring teams and leading architecture of distributed systems.
• Strong background in scalability, performance optimization, and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the team in the architecture and design of highly scalable distributed systems such as DNS and L7 Proxy.
• Lead identification of performance bottlenecks and optimize code and systems for large-scale data processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system scalability requirements and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Design interdependent systems with elasticity to scale up and down as needed.
• Drive innovation in data plane platforms and implement advanced telemetry and dashboards.
• Oversee operational readiness, incident response, and RCAs for complex production issues.
