Job description

We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Lead Primary School Teacher to take a key role in driving excellence across a school. Duties as Lead Primary School Teacher:

1. Lead by example in delivering outstanding teaching and learning
2. Support the development and mentoring of teaching staff
3. Contribute to school improvement planning and curriculum development
4. Monitor pupil progress and support targeted interventions
5. Work closely with the senior leadership team to raise standards across the school
