Job summary

University of Hull invites applications for Assoc Dir Primary Care Education in Scarborough. This fixed-term, 0.2 FTE role runs for two years with potential renewal and involves coordinating GP placements for HYMS MB BS students in Scarborough and surrounding areas.

You will work with HYMS and NHS partners to ensure quality teaching, placement delivery and strategic planning across York, Scarborough and South Tees, including participation in interviews and central HYMS activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and onboarding of clinical placements.
• Ability to lead across multiple sites and with NHS partners.
• Willingness to participate in HYMS central activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard GP practices for MB BS placements.
• Oversee delivery of HYMS clinical programmes and new placements.
• Lead communications between HYMS, local NHS Trusts and placements.
• Support strategic overview of placements across York, Scarborough and South Tees.
• Participate in interviews, clinical examinations and workshops.
