Salary: Lead Practitioner Scale + TLR

A leading secondary school in Beaconsfield is seeking an outstanding teacher and educational leader to join its Science department as Lead Practitioner.   • Developing innovative teaching resources and schemes of work

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A qualified Science teacher with a track record of exceptional results

  • Experience teaching at KS4 and ideally KS5 in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics

  • A reflective and research-informed approach to teaching and curriculum design

  • Proven ability to support, lead and inspire colleagues

  • A commitment to inclusion, achievement, and whole-school improvement

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
