Early Career Teacher (ECT) – London

Are you looking for a supportive yet ambitious school to complete your ECT induction?

  2. Training sessions both in-person and online to suit your schedule

Application Process
  1. Ark maintains an ECT Pool to support applicants and provide options across Ark schools
  2. After submitting your CV, eligible candidates will be contacted for an initial discussion about your experience and interests
  3. If shortlisted, you will be invited to interview directly with the school, followed by completing an application form
  4. If your preferred schools are not recruiting currently, your details will remain in our pool for future vacancies
  5. Support with interview prep, lesson planning, and queries will be ongoing
Eligibility Check
  • UK QTS – must be obtained before starting
  • Right to work in the UK
  • All roles subject to an enhanced DBS check
