Sheffield Springs Academy is seeking a full-time Lead Practitioner of Geography to enhance educational outcomes. Sheffield Springs Academy is looking to appoint the full-time post of Lead Practitioner of Geography to complement their existing department.
We are seeking to appoint someone who has a passion for teaching and learning and who will work closely with our SLT to improve the educational outcomes of all our students at Sheffield Springs Academy.
As a Lead Practitioner of Geography, you will excel in the classroom – but, just as importantly, you will be instrumental in supporting your departmental colleagues to be the best they can be, in the classroom and beyond. You will also be involved in mentoring, coaching, professional development, and challenge.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious classroom practitioner with a desire to achieve strong outcomes. We need someone who aspires to be a beacon of excellent practice in a classroom environment, with the professionalism to drive up standards for all our young people.
