Harris Academy Orpington is seeking a qualified Lead Practitioner of English to drive high standards of teaching and learning across the Faculty. You will lead the improvement of classroom practice, monitor progress and support staff to deliver ambitious curricula, ensuring students achieve excellent outcomes.
The role requires QTS or equivalent, a relevant degree, and a track record of outstanding results at KS3/KS4 with experience of lesson observations, robust feedback, and improvement

Harris Academy Orpington opened in September 2016, joining the highly successful Federation of Harris academies in London and the senior leaders here are experienced in creating and running great schools and that is what we are doing in BR5.
