About the Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the mental health social work service. We are seeking a confident lead practitioner with knowledge of the care act, mental health act and other key adult social care legislation. The role consists of overseeing various casework (safeguarding, community assessments & reviews, hospital discharge). Managing a small caseload may also be required. Knowledge of community-based & preventative services is vital in contributing towards strengths-based approach. As a mental health lead practitioner, you will be responsible for developing effective ways of working in collaboration with health partners across the North London Foundation trust and community mental health teams. The role also entails providing high-quality practice leadership, supervision, and case management support to social workers and AEO's within the team.
