Salary Range: £46,512 - £51,522
Job Schedule: Full Time (36 hours per week)

About the Role:
As a Lead Practitioner, you will support the Team Manager in providing practice leadership and supervision while promoting the highest professional standards in social care. About You:
You will hold a relevant social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
You will be fully competent to Senior Social Worker level under the Social Worker National Competency Framework.
You will have a strong commitment to collaborative working, safeguarding, and promoting service user wellbeing.
You will be skilled in professional supervision, reflective practice, and supporting colleagues in their development.
