This Lead Practitioner in English role is ideal for a candidate wanting to take the next step into leadership, whilst maintaining a subject specialism. As part of the English team and the Extended Senior Leadership Team, you will develop a strong curriculum offer, lead teaching and learning in the department, and contribute to the strategic development of teaching and professional development across the school under the direction of the Assistant Headteacher.
