Job Title: Lead Practitioner – Adult Team

Location: Barnet

Rate: £30.35 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Lead Practitioner to join our client’s Adult Team based in Barnet.

What will your responsibilities be?

You will have responsibility for managing a small, complex caseload. Your role will involve conducting Mental Capacity Act assessments in line with statutory guidance and ensuring adults are provided with the opportunity to demonstrate capacity wherever possible. Additionally, you will complete relevant Court of Protection documents.

Qualifications and Experiences:

To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
