How we’ll support you
- Annual salary of up to £48,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

What we look for in new colleagues
- First Level UK registered nurse / Registered AHCP with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
- Non-medical Prescriber.
- Evidence of academic links.
- Extensive clinical experience in primary care settings and managing nursing teams.
- Understanding of the Lead Role.

- Long-term condition reviews (e.g., asthma, COPD, diabetes)

- Immunisations (including babies, travel, flu, pneumonia, shingles, RSV)
- Injections (e.g., B12, contraception, Zoladex, Prostap, testosterone)
- NHS health checks

It would be very desirable if the applicant can perform spirometry or is willing to obtain this skill.
Key duties
- Collaborate with the practice team, Practice Manager, Clinical Lead GP, Regional Nurse, and other leads to meet targets in line with guidelines and standards.
- Provide patient care within professional boundaries, including history taking, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
- Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Apply critical thinking and work collaboratively to meet patient needs, supporting policy implementation, and providing nurse leadership as required, meeting NMC requirements for advanced practice.
- Work with the Regional Lead Nurse to ensure high standards and quality.
- Implement and monitor clinical strategies, ensuring high-quality nursing/AHCP services and contributing to redesign and quality improvement initiatives.
