This position is part of our Saab Seaeye Under Water Robotics Business Unit. It offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The engineer should be confident in researching and identifying cutting-edge solutions for challenging problems, with a keen eye for detail and design integrity.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of powertrain architectures, power distribution systems, and experience with designing and testing various power supply topologies. Familiarity with wide-bandgap semiconductors like Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) is desired but not essential.
The role requires project management skills, including directing and coordinating activities, and strong communication/interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
