Job Title: Lead PM&C – Planner AUKUS

Location: Barrow – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £45,628 + Dependant on skills and experience

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders from both the UK and Australia in support of the AUKUS defence agreement
Performing advanced project reporting & scheduling
Undertaking advanced problem solving and scenario development
Adhering to business process and procedures to support work scopes and Programme targets
Consolidating information from multiple sources to support Programme objectives
Leading a small team of professionals to develop and mature Programme and Delivery schedules

Essential

Your skills and experiences:

Experience in Primavera P6 and SAP
Test & Commissioning and/or Submarines Build knowledge

Desirable

Previous leadership experience / coaching
Application of related PM Competencies
APM qualification
Relevant degree level qualification

The SSN AUKUS Team

In this role you will have the opportunity to influence how we develop ways of working on the AUKUS programme. You will be crucial in supporting the development of Programme schedules, in both the UK and Australia, while adhering to best planning practice and process. This is an exciting role with an opportunity for you to progress your career in the PM&C function and support your personal development at BAE Systems.
