Job description

We are seeking a Performance Lead with a background in managing IT Service Management (ITSM) projects and proven experience supporting the delivery of major defence programmes. Given the MOD C2 grade equivalency, this role would suit someone with approximately 3-5 years' relevant experience, ideally with exposure to complex public sector or defence environments. The successful candidate will be capable of working in a dynamic and evolving support office structure and will possess strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Rate - £negotaible

Duration - April 2027

Location - Wiltshire

Clearance - DV Cleared
