Lead PMO Analyst - Fixed Term Contract

Location: Leeds or London - Hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office

Contract: Fixed Term Contract / Internal Secondment - Up to 12 months

What you'll do

Reporting to the Portfolio PMO and Tooling Manager, you will support planning, reporting, and analysis activities to aid effective management of programmes and projects. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting change management in tool adoption and practices
  • Producing project/programme reports
  • Financial forecasting and management
  • Handling procurement and payments
  • Maintaining plans and dependency management
  • Managing risks, issues, and change requests
  • Ensuring governance and quality assurance
  • Conducting health checks and reviews
  • Creating stakeholder updates and decision materials
  • Managing governance artefacts
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Demonstrating expected behaviours
What you'll need
  • Experience in a Project/Program PMO role, preferably in a lead capacity
  • Service-oriented, adaptable, resilient
  • Knowledge of delivery methodologies like Waterfall, SCRUM, Kanban
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Planview, MS Project, Jira/Confluence, MS Office Suite
