Job description

Plumbing Technician / Plumbing Installer / Lead Technician required to work for a growing and established HVAC/Plumbing company based in Florida.

Plumbing Technician / Plumbing Installer / Lead Technician will be responsible for collaborating with the plumbing manager to understand project requirements and timelines.

The Ideal Plumbing Technician / Plumbing Installer / Lead Technician will ensure installations are complete efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines. Be professional and knowledgeable to lead a successful team.

Package & Location:

Commission pay is between $70k - $90k.

Bonus opportunities.

Company vehicle.

Overtime available.

Between Tampa & Orlando.

Plumbing Technician / Plumbing Installer / Lead Technician responsibilities:

• Lead a team of installation technicians in delivering high-quality plumbing systems for residential projects. Including but not limited to: re-pipes, water heaters, water filtration systems, toilets, etc.
• Plan and organize installation activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Review install templates and specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met.

Plumbing Technician / Plumbing Installer / Lead Technician requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in a field installation or technician role, managing small to mid-sized teams.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience, including re-pipes, water heaters, water filtration systems, and fixture installations.
• Strong understanding of local plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and installation best practices.
• Skilled in using CRM systems to document job progress, customer interactions, and submit required paperwork.
