Lead Plumbers - High-End Residential | M40 / M4 Corridor

Salary: £50,000 per annum
Benefits: Company van, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Location: Oxfordshire-based office, covering the M40 / M4 Corridor (must be based within reasonable distance)

A well-established, high-end residential contractor based in Oxfordshire is seeking two experienced and professional Lead Plumbers to join their team.

This is a permanent role working on prestigious private homes across the M40 and M4 corridor. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a high standard of workmanship, reliability, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead domestic plumbing installations on high-spec residential projects

• Maintain a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

• Liaise confidently with clients, site teams, and management

• Take responsibility for delivering projects from start to finish

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential plumbing (high-end or bespoke projects preferred)

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

• Full UK driving licence

• Well-presented, professional, and client-facing

• Must live within a commutable distance to Oxfordshire and the wider M40 / M4 corridor
