We are a defence-tech startup from London specializing in technologies that analyze social data using AI and psychology to generate insights and intelligence previously not possible.

Currently, we focus on key Defence projects to impact operational planning within the sector. We seek an experienced Platform Lead to join our team.

Who are we looking for?

A Platform Lead with solid DevOps experience across multiple platforms in data-heavy products.

The role offers remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement scalable cloud infrastructure and developer platforms for AI products and large data workloads.
• Promote best practices in infrastructure automation, DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to understand infrastructure needs and resolve platform challenges.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Manage platform reliability, uptime, observability, and incident processes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers.
