Job Opportunity: Lead Plant Fitter

NEOS Engineering is currently partnering with one of the UK’s largest plant companies, specializing in Merlo Telehandlers across the North West to Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Plant Fitter with experience working on Merlo machinery who is seeking more overtime and responsibility.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing various types of construction plant machinery. They should be confident working independently and able to think quickly on their feet.

The role involves traveling across the Midlands and North West to attend to machines out on hire. Daily tasks range from routine servicing to breakdown repairs, with the goal of getting the customer's machine operational as swiftly as possible.

The Role:

1. Service, maintenance, and repair of heavy plant and Merlo machinery
