Flying Colours Consultancy Limited is seeking a Senior/Lead Asset Verification Engineer to lead a 6-month on-site asset verification and SAP reconciliation project at Kemsley, UK. You will guide a team of surveyors, define methods, and classify assets to support accurate plant data.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or related engineering.
• 5+ years in industrial plants focusing on maintenance, projects, or asset management.
• Proven experience delivering asset surveys or asset tagging at scale.
• Strong SAP PM / EAM knowledge and data quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the asset verification team on site.
• Define survey methods, naming conventions, and tagging standards.
• Manage complex assets: hierarchies, packages, skids, and panels.
• Review data quality and ensure SAP/CAFMS alignment.
• Mentor junior staff on safety and data quality.
