Working Pattern: Contract / Full Time

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the planning team; ensure project planning and control management support meet project and corporate needs.
2. Prepare and maintain the company project plan/schedule and interface with the client project plan.
3. Respond proactively to PD&MS needs within the planning function.
4. Identify and deliver department project deliverables according to schedules and priorities.
5. Develop and improve planning systems, tools, and processes.
6. Lead and support periodic reviews of planning procedures and policies.
7. Attend kick-off meetings and gather data to determine schedule constraints.
8. Establish project baselines and obtain stakeholder agreement.
9. Interface with client representatives on planning issues.

Experience:

• Proven experience in project planning and control principles.
• Understanding of engineering disciplines.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience in managing and developing teams.
