Job summary

LMR Resourcing is seeking a Lead Planner to join their staff in West Wales. The role involves leading a team of planners, interfacing with clients, and supporting several projects across pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC stages within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Renewable sectors.

You will produce detailed Primavera P6 schedules, integrate control procedures into delivery, and provide regular schedule updates and reports. Strong planning, communication and team-work are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Proficient with Primavera P6 and scheduling practices.
Experience supporting major energy projects (LNG, petrochemical, refining).
Site experience beneficial but not essential.
Strong planning, organizational, and scheduling capabilities.
Clear communication, teamwork and problem solving.
Good numeracy, literacy and IT knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Planners and act as client interface on major projects.
Support multiple projects across pre-FEED, FEED and EPC phases.
Produce detailed Primavera P6 schedules and logic-linked project plans.
Produce monthly planning reports, resource updates and projections.
Provide ad hoc reports on schedule impacts and progress; attend planning and progress meetings.
