Job summary

Infraspec is seeking a Lead Planner to support major baggage systems projects at Heathrow Airport. This permanent role offers a salary up to £100,000 with a hybrid pattern of about three days per week at Heathrow / Bath Road.

You’ll lead the planning work, coordinating with project managers, engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure robust programmes, realistic delivery plans and timely reporting in a demanding airport environment.

Qualifications

• Established Senior Planner with experience delivering complex engineering, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Experience in airports, baggage handling systems, automation or similarly complex operational environments is highly valuable.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, NEC contracts, challenging project teams and own the planning process.

• Develop, manage and maintain detailed project programmes.
• Monitor progress against milestones and identify delays.
• Work with project and engineering teams to understand programme requirements.
• Challenge programme assumptions and drive realistic delivery plans.

Are you an experienced Lead Planner looking to work on complex, high-profile projects at one of the world’s busiest airports?

We’re recruiting for a Lead Planner to join our client, supporting the delivery of baggage systems projects at Heathrow Airport.
