We are seeking an experienced Lead Construction Planner to join our team. - Analyse critical path and calculate project performance using Earned Value Methodology
- Monitor subcontractor programmes, manpower, and performance
- Identify and analyse delays, propose improvements, and prepare recovery plans as needed
- Incorporate approved Change Orders into the programme
- Foster collaboration between project areas and encourage teamwork

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Proven experience in construction project planning and execution
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and other project management software
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Previous experience on similar construction projects

Additional Requirements:
