Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a forward-thinking Team Lead Physiotherapist to lead MOA/Frailty and Stroke services at University Hospital Monklands. The role focuses on quality service delivery and improving patient outcomes within a collaborative team.

You will manage the Stroke rehab and MOA teams, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and participate in an evening/weekend on-call rota. HCPC registration and degree level are essential, with driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
• Postgraduate expertise within specialty/area of practice.
• Knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards in the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team within your care group area and chair regular team meetings.
• Delegate tasks and supervise staff to maximise efficiency and ensure best practice.
• Be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of own work, including patient care.
• Participate in the on-call rota as required.
