St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Highly Specialised Physiotherapist for the Acute Heart Failure Unit. Based in the Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy Team, the role includes joint Cardiothoracic Team Lead duties, providing input across Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Acute Heart Failure, Thoracic Surgery and CTITU while maintaining a specialist caseload.

You will lead, develop and support the physiotherapy team, supervise staff, and contribute to service improvements

Qualificações

• Experience as physiotherapist with a cardiorespiratory background.
• Band 6/7 senior level with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to provide autonomous, expert clinical care and lead a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide highly skilled leadership and operational management of the physiotherapy team.
• Lead on policy implementation and service development within cardiothoracic physiotherapy.
• Support professional development and supervise staff in clinical practice and on-call duties.
