Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead PHP Developer to join a successful software company in Liverpool. The successful candidate will spearhead and lead the technical direction for the business and will be responsible for keeping development efforts on track. You will report directly to the CEO, overseeing a team of 10 technical staff, alongside the Operations Manager, ensuring the team works effectively.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the Development team is working effectively and delivering value aligned with the Product roadmap.
• Facilitating (and running, where necessary) agile ceremonies, raising and resolving concerns, barriers, and blockers.
• Hands-on development when needed.
• Conducting regular code reviews.
• Contributing to development process improvements for maximum efficiency.
• Leading the team from a technical standpoint in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
