Location: North Liverpool (Hybrid after probation)

We are seeking a Lead PHP Developer to join a successful software company in Liverpool. The successful candidate will lead the technical direction of the business and oversee a team of 10 technical staff, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure effective team performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the development team delivers value aligned with the product roadmap.
• Facilitating and leading agile ceremonies, addressing concerns, blockers, and escalations.
• Hands-on development when necessary.
• Conducting regular code reviews.
• Contributing to development process improvements for maximum efficiency.
• Working closely with the Operations Manager to lead the team technically and managerially.
