As an Education and Training Pharmacy Technician at Kingston Hospital, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Pharmacy team.
You'll be responsible for leading, supporting, and guiding students and apprentices through their Level 2 and Level 3 training, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. You'll work closely with the Dispensary Manager and the wider team to identify training needs and provide tailored support. As part of your role, you'll deliver engaging CPD sessions and foster a positive, supportive learning environment for all team members. You'll also guide and support Technicians through their ACPT, PS, and ES training pathways.
