Job summary

The Harborne Hospital in Birmingham is recruiting a Lead Pharmacy Technician to provide leadership and operational oversight of core pharmacy services. You will work with the Pharmacy Leadership Team to ensure a high-quality, patient-centred service in a world-class hospital environment.

You will lead, support and develop the technical workforce, monitor KPIs and audits, and drive service development and continuous improvement while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the GPhC.
• Significant post-qualification experience working within a hospital pharmacy.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Experience leading operational pharmacy services within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight of core pharmacy services.
