A leading NHS Foundation Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to lead HIV pharmacy services and drive antimicrobial stewardship initiatives. The ideal candidate must have substantial post-registration experience in hospital pharmacy, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and innovation. This is a senior post with a 50:50 split between HIV pharmacy and AMS responsibilities, plus acting as the lead for antifungal stewardship.
