Rentokil Initial is hiring a Pest Control Technician to service the Portsmouth, Southampton and Bournemouth area. The role involves managing your schedule, addressing customer problems in person and delivering pest control solutions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years.
• GCSE Maths and English at level C or above is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to meet business needs.
• DBS check may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial and domestic customers, providing bird and rodent-proofing solutions.
• Install pest control hardware and support routine inspections.
• Ensure safe working practices, including at heights or in confined spaces.
• Lead job progression from start to finish and manage day-to-day operations.
• Engage customers, identify pest problems and explore new business opportunities.
