Freshminds is partnering with a high-growth boutique consultancy to appoint a People Advisory Practice Lead within its Executive Search business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to build and lead a growing advisory proposition, combining high-impact project delivery with commercial responsibility and senior client engagement.

You will lead the development of a new People Advisory practice, helping professional services organisations improve leadership capability,

Qualifications

• 8-12 years' consulting or advisory experience.
• Strong track record delivering high-impact client projects.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and advise senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver people, leadership and organisational effectiveness projects.
• Translate complex insights into practical, client-ready recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across professional services.
• Present and sell the advisory proposition to new and existing clients.
• Lead senior client meetings, workshops and project presentations.
• Grow the practice from approximately £300,000 in revenue to £1.5 million by 2029.
