Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Pensions Systems Analyst – Implementation to join the Pensions Systems Team on a fully remote basis in the UK. You will deliver outstanding implementation services for new clients and drive transformation projects for existing ones.

You will act as Lead Transition Analyst, coordinating with project managers, designing benefit specifications, and configuring automated calculations using Gallagher’s Excel-based tools.

Qualifications

• Pensions expertise including manual calculations and actuarial instructions.
• Experience in third party pension administration.
• Familiarity with pension systems, databases, and automation processes.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless implementation services in collaboration with transition consultants.
• Lead the Transition Analyst on allocated projects.
• Work with project managers to keep projects on track and on time.
• Create benefit specification summaries from scheme documentation to support calculations.
• Configure automated calculations using Gallagher’s Excel-based systems.
• Develop and execute test packs to ensure automation accuracy.
• Provide working proformas for classes not included in automated routines.
• Support data services in reviewing data loads and test system enhancements.
