Proactive Appointments in Leeds is seeking a Lead Pensions Administrator for a permanent hybrid role (2 days on-site). You will manage complex pensions cases and provide guidance to the team.

The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection policies, and help drive service improvements while supporting colleagues. Salary up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits and a discretionary bonus.

Our client is looking to appoint a Lead Pensions Administrator to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex pensions cases, delivering excellent customer service, and providing guidance and support to other members of the team.
