Ocho People Ltd. is recruiting for a Penetration Tester to join a leading global professional services firm.

You will be the go-to expert for security testing, lead engagements, own testing tools and processes, and translate findings into practical risk-reduction recommendations. The role focuses on hands-on testing across systems, applications and platforms, with experience in mobile security, reporting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and opportunities to work with AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Deep penetration testing knowledge and understanding of when vulnerability assessment ends and pen tests begin.
• Hands-on experience with listed tools and strong manual testing skills.
• Mobile platform security experience and up-to-date on OWASP, CVEs and exploits.
• API testing and scripting or programming ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading penetration testing across the firm's systems, platforms and applications.
• Owning and managing core testing tools, platforms and processes.
• Validating vulnerabilities and writing clear reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Testing AI-enabled applications and agents and using AI to sharpen testing.
• Helping put together internal training materials and documentation.
