Role Summary:

The PMO Lead will oversee the implementation of PEGA solutions within the SME Business Banking segment, ensuring successful delivery and integration to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role requires a hybrid approach, combining project management skills to solve problems, drive initiatives, prioritize tasks, and synthesize information, along with PMO capabilities to ensure rigor and maintain project momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the PEGA implementation project.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and prepare status reports for senior management.
  4. Coordinate resources and manage relationships with external vendors.
  5. Develop change management strategies and facilitate training for staff.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
  3. Familiarity with PEGA solutions is highly desirable.
