Job summary

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust’s Children's Occupational Therapy team invites applications for Specialist Children’s OT – Neurodiversity Lead. The role focuses on leading development for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and ADHD, combining hospital and community approaches within a MDT setting.

You will supervise junior staff and OT students, contribute to service development, and work with senior colleagues to deliver high‑quality OT input to children and families.

Qualifications

• OT Degree or Diploma with HCPC registration.
• Experience with children in community OT settings.
• Experience with ASD and ADHD.
• Manual driving licence valid in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Act as a source of clinical expertise for OT input for children with ASD/ADHD.
• Lead on service developments within the Children's OT team.
• Supervise junior staff and OT students.
• Receive supervision and support from senior team members.
