Job summary

Mytos is hiring a high-growth principal PD MSAT Scientist to join the Biology team. You will operate at the interface of engineering and biology, shaping automation in cell therapy manufacturing with direct patient impact.

Lead development projects, teams, and client engagements across Stevenage and London sites, driving improvements and compliant tech transfers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Cell Biology or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience or 3+ years with PhD.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for setup and operation of Mytos Bio's CDMO site in Stevenage.
• Travel between London and Stevenage as required.
• Lead process development and analytical method development projects per customer needs.
• Plan and execute technology transfer activities with regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous process improvement with best practices and high-quality standards.
• Support resource planning and timeline development for new projects.
• Mentor colleagues and help build out the team's technical capabilities.
• Engage with clients and contribute to drafting sales proposals.
