Qualifications

• Proven experience in a payroll role, ideally with exposure to both internal and contractor payrolls.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience in a payroll or finance team.
• Thorough understanding of UK payroll legislation; knowledge of international payroll regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Payroll Administrators.
• Oversee the processing of internal employee payroll.
• Ensure compliance with IR35 and international payroll legislation.
