Job Qualifications and Specifications
High School diploma and 5 years of experience as a Registration Representative or equivalent are required. Working knowledge of medical terminology and strong written and oral communication skills are necessary. Experience in computer applications, staff training, and development of educational materials is required. Spreadsheet and word processing applications are preferred.
