Kilsyth Community Church in North Lanarkshire invites applications for Lead Pastor, a servant-hearted leader entrusted to guide the congregation in faith, worship, and mission.

You will shape vision, oversee ministry development, strengthen the discipleship pathway, and collaborate with a wider team to release others into ministry and community engagement.

This role emphasises humility, relational trust and helping the church reach the wider Kilsyth community with the gospel.

Kilsyth Community Church are an independent, gospel - centred church with contemporary worship culture based in North Lanarkshire Scotland. We are excited to advertise for the role of Lead Pastor. This is an opportunity to lead a vibrant church into the next season of fruitful ministry.

KCC are looking for a servant hearted leader who will be entrusted with guiding the congregation in living out their faith, growing spiritually, showing a commitment to peace-making rather than peace-keeping and reaching the wider Kilsyth community with the gospel. The pastor will lead with humility, building relational trust as the foundation for their ministry.

The pastor will continue to expand the good work already began in strengthening KCC's vision and structure. They will work as part of a wider team equipping and releasing others into ministry, building a culture of team leadership across the church, and helping carry forward the church's three- and five-year roadmap - particularly strengthening the discipleship pathway and developing the "Bridge to Hope" community initiative.
