Job summary

Pace, the AI operations partner for insurers, is seeking its first Partner Enablement lead. You’ll design and scale a repeatable enablement motion for partners (systems integrators, consultancies, brokers, and tech alliances) to deploy Pace’s agents and drive adoption across workflows.

In this role you’ll own onboarding, collateral, playbooks, and ROI narratives, partnering with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap and measure adoption and expansion across customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build the partner enablement engine: onboarding, training, certification, and collateral to make partners self-sufficient deploying Pace agents.
• Codify deployment into a repeatable playbook that can be replicated across customers.
• Drive executive-level value narratives through partners to articulate ROI and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to surface feedback and inform the roadmap.
• Own partner outcomes: track adoption, impact, and expansion across the ecosystem.
