Job description

Social network you want to login/join with:
  • Running own case load of predominantly litigated files with some pre-litigated advice files.
  • Experience in giving indemnity advice, Article 75, RTA insurer, first party claims, and dealing with the full range of motor fraud types.
  • Actioning all cases in line with department/client service standards and protocols.
  • Dealing with technical aspects of the case under the supervision of the partner/associates in the team.
  • Ensuring that financial targets are met.
  • Use of the Case Management system (Visualfiles) and standard documentation where appropriate.
  • Proactively progressing cases to satisfactory/speedy settlements in accordance with client requirements.

An ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in insurance fraud work and have experience in a similar role/environment. Strong communication, time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines are essential.
