Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified in Occupational Therapy with HCPC and RCOT registration.
• Experience working with children and young people with ASC and/or SEMH needs.
• Strong skills in delivering training and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to evidence-based, functional and outcome-focused practice.
• Excellent communication and collaborative working skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the development and delivery of innovative occupational therapy provision.
• Deliver specialist, outcome-focused interventions tailored to pupil needs.
• Embed therapeutic approaches across the curriculum to enhance learning and inclusion.
• Design and deliver training programmes to support staff development and inclusive practice.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic, joined-up approach to pupil support.
